I moved our plan to AT&T, bought new phones, had a few technical issues with the phones, etc. I wanted to say what a pleasant, competent person Matt Stearns is. He gave me a Cell Phone 101 the first visit and thoroughly explained differences between the phones,  Blackberrys, how they worked, etc. Every time we have come in with a question or concern he has been so patient and so helpful.
